TABLE INTEGRITY

How We Keep Tables Fair

Poker here is dealt by us, not by a third-party studio, so the room rules stay in one place instead of being split across providers. Seats go out in the order they open. If you sit out, you post again before you are dealt back in, and nobody jumps the queue. Support keeps a log of every table question against the hand ID, so the same call gets the same answer twice running rather than a fresh opinion each shift.

Shuffle off the device

Cards are shuffled on our servers before every deal, not inside the app on your handset. The deck for a table is not carried over into the next one.

Hand history you can reopen

Your played hands stay in the account, with the board, your hole cards and the result. Reopen any of them later to check a call you were unsure about.

Rules beside the felt

Blind levels, the minimum buy-in and sit-out behaviour are printed beside the table, not buried in a long document. Read them before you post your first blind.

Disputes answered by hand ID

If a pot looks wrong, send the hand ID. We open the stored record, check the deal and the betting order, and reply in the same thread with what the log shows.

bda99 What You Get In Live Poker Pro

What You Get In Live Poker Pro

Live Poker Pro is where our card room sits — no-limit Texas Hold'em at six and nine-seat tables, Omaha if you want four hole cards, and Sit & Go tables that start once the seats fill. You pick a blind level, take a seat, and the button moves round the table the way it should. Short-handed games fill quicker on a phone,

so nobody waits long for a deal. Every hand you play drops into your hand history, so you can reopen the flop, turn and river later, or send a disputed hand to support with its hand ID.

  • No-limit Hold'em, six or nine seats
  • Omaha with four hole cards
  • Sit & Go tables that start on filled seats
  • Hand history kept per session
TABLE HELP

Help While You're At The Table

Something goes wrong mid-hand and you want it sorted without leaving the table. Open the support menu while seated and it carries your table name and hand ID across, so you never retype which hand you mean. Signal drops on the road? Sign back in and we return you to the same Live Poker Pro table while your seat is still open. Account or wallet questions, including bKash, Nagad and Rocket transfers, land on the same desk, and the chat thread stays in your account for later.

In-table support chat Open the support menu while you are seated. It carries your table name and the current hand ID across, so you never have to type out which game you are in.
Seat reconnection Lost your signal on the way home? Sign back in and we return you to the same Live Poker Pro table while your seat is still held, and the hand history fills in the gap.
Hand ID lookup Every pot has a reference. Send the hand ID to support and we pull the deal, the board and the showdown from the record instead of guessing what happened at your table.

Poker Words You'll Hear

New to the card room? These are the words that come up at every table, written plainly. Learn them once and the table chat stops sounding like code — the button, the board, all-in and the buy-in are all you really need to sit down and follow a hand from deal to showdown.

What is the button in a poker hand?

The button marks the dealer position. It moves one seat clockwise after every hand, and the player on it acts last after the flop, which is why seats near it get more play.

What is a Sit & Go table?

A single-table game that begins once every seat is filled, rather than at a set clock time. Blinds climb as players drop out, and it ends when one player holds all the chips.

What does all-in mean?

You push every chip in front of you into the pot. Betting stops for you, but the cards still run out, and you can only win the portion of the pot your stack covered.

What is the minimum buy-in?

The smallest stack you can sit down with at a given table, usually set as a multiple of the big blind. Sit with less than that and the table will not seat you.

What are the flop, turn and river?

The three stages where community cards land. Three come on the flop, one on the turn, one on the river, and everyone still in the hand shares them for their final five-card holding.

What is a hand ID?

A reference code attached to each pot you play in Live Poker Pro. Support uses it to find the exact deal, board and result when you raise a question about a hand.

Questions About Live Poker Pro

These are the things players in Dhaka ask us before their first seat, from buying in to what happens when the wifi dies. Read them once and you can sit down without asking the table. Anything still unclear, message support from the lobby and we will walk you through it in plain English.

Sign in, open the card room and the table list loads with blind levels beside each one. Pick a level, choose an empty seat, confirm the buy-in from your wallet, and you are dealt in.

Yes, it runs in the browser on the phone you already carry, with the same account and seats as on a bigger screen. Access still depends on your region and local law.

Your seat is held while the table waits, and signing back in returns you to the same game. If the hand plays out without you, the pot settles on the cards that were dealt.

Both. Cash tables run through the day, while tournament tables are scheduled in the lobby with a fixed starting stack and blinds that rise on a timer. The structure shows before you join.

One account wallet covers both. Your balance moves to a poker seat or to the cricket markets in the sportsbook, and you switch rooms without signing in again.

The list shows every level open at that moment, from the lowest blind up. Pick the one that fits your balance, and you can move up or down when a seat frees.
